The modern hiring system is broken. In this comedic campaign for Indeed, we highlight this simple truth and show how there’s a better way. A perspective I helped shape as Lead Creative on the French and UK films.

The year before, I was part of the big team of 72&Sunny Amsterdam & Los Angeles creatives who brought to life the first iteration of The World Can Work Better : a mammoth campaign of 12 films (5 for the US, 3 for the UK, 3 for France, and 1 for the Netherlands). Directed by Ian Pons Jewell, the films took a sharp, human look at work culture. I was the Lead Creative for the French market.

When it came to Tomorrow, I quit, we were lucky to work with a wonderful actor who not only delivered our initial script perfectly, but also blessed us with a ton of hilarious improvisations.
Some may say it sounds nothing like a problem… Except it was incredibly hard for us to pick the bits we liked, with everyone having different sensibilities, so this is my non-graded, non-mixed Copywriter’s cut. It may not have been on TV, but it will live in my heart forever.
