Lancaster wanted to move away from overly polished beauty tropes and lean into something more audacious, without losing sight of the product. These four films were designed to bring skincare out of the bathroom and into real life, showing its protective benefits in a way that felt confident, sensual, and self-directed. A balancing act between boldness and clarity, with just enough attitude to feel fresh.
