Freelance Senior Creative Copywriter
International - Since 2011
I have worked on hundreds of briefs for agencies and brands including Mother, R/GA, AKQA, Wieden+Kennedy, 72&Sunny, BETC, Apple, Boots, Nike, Gucci, Google, Indeed, Stella Artois, Orange, and Evian.
My work spans concept development and pure copywriting for 360 campaigns, TVCs, print, radio, social, digital, display, activations, OOH, events, websites, naming, tone of voice guides, cultural research, manifestos, brand platforms, brand books, UX copy, translation, localisation, and more.
Highlights
-I worked on the launch of Boots X, an influencer-led platform engaging young shoppers and helping them see the retailer as an exciting beauty destination.
-I helped position iced coffee as the drink of Spring for Starbucks, shaping campaign messaging that turned a seasonal product into a cultural ritual for Gen Z.
-I was the Lead Creative for France and the UK on two consecutive global campaigns for Indeed, working with 72andSunny Amsterdam to bring their platform The World Can Work Better to life.
-I developed a 106-slide social tone of voice guide for Club Med. A deep dive into language, style, and nuance, complete with an emoji guide and detailed recommendations across platforms.
R/GA - Creative Copywriter
Sydney - 2014 to 2015
I worked on accounts including Qantas, Fujitsu, Telstra, ANZ Bank, Google, and DBS Bank. It was a small agency with a start-up spirit (fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply integrated across disciplines), so I learned to work closely with strategists, designers, creatives, and tech teams to deliver well-crafted ideas.
Highlights
-I helped create the Blue Rooms concept for ANZ’s Spectrum Now Festival partnership : a city-wide activation that gave emerging artists a stage, and became a lasting part of the festival’s official programme.
-I was part of the (huge and lively) ARIAs social team, creating, posting, and reacting to everything unfolding in real time, on and off stage, throughout the event.
-I collaborated with R/GA Singapore to bring DBS Bank’s partnership with IBM Watson to life through concept development and copy.
Publicis Conseil - Creative Copywriter
Paris - 2013 to 2014
Originally brought in as part of a tiny special digital unit for Renault, I quickly found myself bouncing between briefs and senior creative teams across the agency. My role was to bring fresh, digital-first thinking to a range of campaigns for Renault, Dacia, BNP, Orange, and PMU.
Highlights
-Working on It’s not magic, it’s the Orange Cloud campaign with American illusionist Dan White. I was the sole creative on this campaign, so I got to work on everything from concepts, copy, production, and post-production.
-Introducing basketball star Tony Parker to Vine (and shooting a massive Renault Koleos campaign with him).
-Working on the launch of the new Dacia Duster. We invited a group of artists and makers to create a TV ad for the price of a Duster: 11 900€. The reality-TV-style format followed each team on their journey, from first idea to final film.

Les Gros Mots - Junior Copywriter
Paris - 2011 to 2012
My first permanent job. Fast-paced, pitch-heavy, and managed by what I can only describe as three psychopaths. I worked across a wide range of accounts including Pizza Hut, Ouest France, Babyliss, Canal+, Speedy, liligo.com, Mikado, Nana, and Jardiland. And hit full burnout by the age of 20.
Highlights
-I spent the evening of my 20th birthday working late (on something so unimportant I couldn’t tell you what it was) instead of seeing Paul McCartney live with my family.
-I made incredible friends (which I now know is called trauma bonding).
-I learned I’m surprisingly resilient. I lasted over a year in a job most people walked out of after two days (which, in hindsight, I deeply respect).
Y&R, La Chose, DDB, Buzzman - Intern
Paris - 2008 to 2010
Although I studied Advertising and PR, it was my internships that truly trained me for the job. Over three years, I interned at Young & Rubicam (6 months), La Chose (2 months), DDB (4 months), and Buzzman (9 months), learning from brilliant creatives and working on iconic brands like Nokia, Durex, Virgin Radio, Tropicana, Decathlon, Lipton, Marithé et François Girbaud, and Be Magazine.
Highlights
-I worked on countless pitches and came up with hundreds of social activations (which mostly meant Facebook activations at the time), including a Shazam-style tool for fashion items (basically Google Lens before Google Lens), and a competition where the school that woke up the earliest would win a prom, imagined for Nescafé.
-I won a copywriting competition for CLM/BBDO’s Déjouez La Ville campaign for Smart.
-I got to see my Tropicana headlines in the streets of Paris.
